Back again for a second year, is Cross Pollinate, promoting the local art scene and building bridges between communities. Several resident gardeners will be hosting plein air painters and/or sculpture. Selected artists are creating multi-media installations in neighborhood green spaces and in traffic circles, presenting art demos in the park and busking along the residential streets. There will be FREE life drawing sessions with costumed models throughout the day, as well as yoga in the morning and in the afternoon. Friends, family and guests will wander the neighborhood streets marveling at Georgetown's beautified gardens and the arts juxtaposed amongst them. For more information or to find out how to participate visit Cross Pollinate on Facebook.
